Established in 2021 in the heart of Vancouver, The Frying Irishman was founded with a mission to bring the authentic Irish chipper experience to Canada. What began as a passion for traditional flavors has grown into a thriving brand, known for serving high-quality, hand-cut chips and classic Irish comfort food.

Building on this success, we proudly launched ‘The Wandering Fryer, Canada’s first Irish chipper on wheels. This expansion allows us to bring the taste of home directly to communities, events, and gatherings across BC, ensuring that more people can enjoy a true Irish culinary experience.
