Bao Buns

Our buns are made by a local traditional Asian bakery here in Vancouver. They are steamed fresh every day before our service. Then we double cook it by deep frying the bun – This gives it a crispy outer layer while maintain a super fluffy middle – Then we place ice cream on top for it to melt over the bun. Finished with Icing sugar and a drizzle of condensed milk- this is the best bun in town.
